Oya Shakara · The rotating special
Toasted marshmallow. Espresso. Oat milk. A little extra.
“Shakara” brings that show-off spirit. Our names bring Nigerian personality and a little coffee wordplay.

Honey Sabi: whipped salted-honey espresso with oat milk. Add dairy heavy cream for more foam, or skip it for a lighter foam. Heavy cream contains dairy, including when added to an oat-milk drink.

A note from Michelle Jahnke
I know. It’s a cup. But I have opinions about the cup. The curve. The lid. The exact green of the straw.
Couv Coffee began in my kitchen, with coffee, matcha, a song playing, and the pleasure of making one lovely thing. A little Nigerian warmth. A little Pacific Northwest daydream. Home, in a cup.
I have opinions about the cup. The curve. The lid. The exact green.
Couv Coffee grew from my kitchen, my Nigerian roots and my Pacific Northwest home. Coffee, matcha and one lovely thing at a time.
One signature, one special, and a cup I want to carry on a walk. It’s still in the making. For now, come choose your first pour.
